Questions & Answers

Does this affect the YouTube or Instagram apps?

No. These customizations work only on supported websites in Safari. They do not affect the apps or other browsers.

Why does Refocus need website access?

Safari requires permission before an extension can change a website. Every website listed under Permissions must be set to Allow for its customizations to work.

What should I do if a customization does not appear?

Refresh the website in Safari. If the customization still does not appear, repeat the setup instructions above and confirm that it is turned on and saved in Refocus.

If the problem continues, open Refocus โ†’ Settings โ†’ Contact Support and tell us which website and customization are not working.
