Limited Session Duration

If you disable editing without setting an editing passcode, Refocus automatically limits session durations. This prevents accidentally locking yourself into sessions you can't easily modify or stop.

Why this happens:

• Without an editing passcode, modifying or stopping an active session may become impossible.

• Automatic guardrails protect you from accidental lock-outs.

How to avoid automatic duration adjustments:

• Set an Editing Passcode:

• Create Multiple Overlapping Sessions:

Overlapping sessions let you maintain blocking coverage while providing opportunities to safely end or adjust sessions.

• Keep "Disable Editing" Off:

There are no duration restrictions when editing remains enabled.
