How To Disable App Store on iPhone (or iPad)
Block App Store, or turn off In-App Purchases, or block an app from being downloaded.
There are several ways to "disable" App Store on iPhone (or iPad):
Option A: Block App Store

Option C: Block Apps From Being Downloaded
Since the App Store is an integral part of the iOS operating system, it cannot be disabled as easily as Safari. The following methods are currently the only available options to disable or restrict access to the App Store.
